Convenience at its finest! The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Mount Fuji. And let me tell you, the public bath is a hidden gem! I felt like I was soaking in a natural hot spring, surrounded by tranquility, while the city buzzed outside. It was like finding an oasis in the middle of a desert.
Nighttime noise from road and station.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just next to the Fuji Rail Station. It is very convenient for a night out in Fuji, with plenty of food selections around and a 24-hour convenience store nearby. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, allowing me to check in early and showering me with small gifts upon arrival. The rooms are quite roomy, which is unusual for a hotel in Japan.

Despite some minor issues, our recent stay at Fuji Green Hotel was enjoyable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station and a variety of restaurants nearby. The hotel room was larger than expected and offered a nice view of the city. The wifi speed was good, which was a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and their ability to communicate in English made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel's rooftop restaurant served delicious food, and we appreciated the effort made to accommodate our dietary preferences. I would recommend this hotel for those looking to explore the base of Mount Fuji.

During my Easter trip to a hotel in Fuji, I was delighted with the warm welcome and gifts I received upon arrival. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore local attractions and take in the city’s beautiful views. Most impressive was the spacious and well-appointed room which offered a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The hotel’s bathroom facilities left much to be desired as they were old and outdated. the pervasive smell of smoke was overwhelming and unpleasant in some public areas of the hotel.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff
Staying at this hotel was a great choice for me due to its convenient location right by the train station. I was able to easily access public transportation, including a special bus that takes visitors to the Fujinomiya trail towards Mount Fuji. The staff at this hotel were also very helpful and engaged, showing deep apologies when I needed a new and cleaner room. the hotel's location and the helpful staff were fantastic for my stay in this city.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
